The rust removal begins, all parts are blasted with glass.

The engine gets new pistons and bushes.

A handcoded diesel filter - Rarely had such a laugh !

A shirt sleeves without a cuff, the long way folded and then wrapped. That is a "fine Art" diesel filter!

The Steering box has more cracks than thought. This is a frost damage.

The Steering box from the inside! Up to half totaly oxidized by water. I need a "old New part" - and got one.

The chassis on the way to sand blasting.

Undercoated by the varnisher back to make the sealing work and assemble as far as possible that it can be varnished in one piece.

Rear axel gaskets, sealings and bearings are renewed.

Brakes after new evidence.

Making a pair of original fender holders.

The wiring before - afterward. There were still Indicator and Warninglights retrofitted.
In March 2008, my Wife and I took a week of to pick up a Banana Loader in Norfolk.
Back home again:

Fitting of the original front loader and remake the missing parts.

The original Banana Loader. For 1953 a cool construction. I think, we got the colure-tone quiet well.

Remake of the cross-beam for the hydraulic stamps of the Fontlader.

Selfmade construction for a trailer hook for european trailer, the original "English one" you can see below - the "Hitch Hook" - Actually brilliant, because of the deep load point.

08.08.2008 He gaven the first "signs of life" of himself.

The date 08.08.08 was a famos Weddingday. This couple came from the Inn next door!

With combined forces of the wedding guests, he is made suitable for a photoscene.

Already he is a star!

The aim is reached! - At noon on the 5.9.2008 I could get the front loader from the varnisher.
On the 7.9.2008 the presentation was with the old-timer club in Walddorfhäslach.
Maybe, one day I'll become even an original front loader fork.
That is a smal overview of geting a wrack back to live !
